What Is Painted Sheet?

It is the process of painting roll sheets subjected to cold or hot rolling and galvanizing process with chemical dyes. The painted sheeting process is carried out on galvanized material.

How to Paint?

The roll sheet surface is cleaned before starting the painting process. After cleaning, the drying process is proceeded.

The bath where the surface cleaning is carried out is kept at a temperature of 60 degrees. The temperature is raised to 80 degrees as the roll passes through this pool. The water and temperature that flows continuously in the bathroom ensures that the surface of the rolling, which is moving in the bathroom, is cleaned.

Roll sheet drying is carried out in private rooms with a temperature of 120-140 degrees. In these rooms, sheet metal material is subjected to 5 or 6 bar steam pressure.

After the drying process is completed, the painting process is proceeded.

There are private rooms for painting. In these rooms, painting is carried out by spray method. Optionally, a single surface or both surfaces can be painted.

Paints with static properties adhere to and integrate on the surface of the metal. First, the primer painting process is carried out. Then the coat and at the last, second coat of paint are discarded. Thus, the painting process is completed.

After painting, the painted sheet is left to dry.

What Are The Features Of Painted Sheets?

The painted roll is resistant to external conditions. It has a permanent color option. They can be produced in the form of painted trapeze sheet or just roll sheet metal.

Sheet thickness can vary between 0.30 and 1 millimeter. They are produced up to a width of up to 1500 millimeters. Some painted sheet product has zinc coating feature. The coating thickness of products produced with zinc coating varies from 100 to 350 grams.

The weight of the dyed sheet stack is at least 500 kilograms, and at most 25 thousand kilograms.

Production can be provided in any color.
